Please help me in finding tenants for my apt

hi, I have been trying to find tenants for my apt.i have given ads in a coupe of newspapers also. i did get some responses but they will not accept my rent figure and i cannot decrease it any further coz i need to repay the bank loan with that amount.So please tell me if is there any way that i can get someone who will find me the tenants (who belong to my preference list)for this rent amount? other than giving ads in news papers what are the other chanels available to me? any agents who will do this work and where can i find such guys?

Hi Tarun: Where\'s the apartment located, its size, level (floor), how many floors in the building and what kinda rent u expecting. Do you have a garage also? and what are your preferences for tenents, vegeterian or non-veg, government employee or private sector, do you prefer a tenent from the armed forces or a business man.... you know.. just tell me what you have, lets see what can we do for ya! okie

well , the apt is in kahiaratabad area , walkable distance to eenaadu office , flyover and icici bank at the khairatabad center.1520sqft, 3rd floor , 3bedroom,facing the road side.newly constructed.car parking is there.a similar apt was given for 9500+maintenance in the 4rth floor , i started with 10000+maintenance , coz i did complete furnishing for the house including , a swing in the middle of the hall.then i came down to 9500 , then to 9000 and i cannot come down any further. becoz this amount will be helping me paying my monthly intstallment after taking out a little amount from my salary too. when i said 10, they said 9 , now when i say 9 they ask for 7 or 8000 , there is no end to this bargaining. my prefernce wud be telugu ,vegetarian , small family(max of 5) , well educated , s/w enng or bank employees,real decent guys. thats it.i can say only one thing , apt is pretty near to everything , vegetable market , schools , (like nasr school ), busstops, hospitals etc.so i dont feel that anybody wud be uncomfortable in such a location. i have real huge amount to pay off , it may take my life time\'s salary.that is the reason why i am giving it for rent.so tell me what do u think about this?am i reasonable or not?

also, i heard from some guys that there will be some agents who do the work of finding out tenants for our price and preferences for a commission in return,but where r they?how can i get to know them?

Sounds like a good property. Three B/R, 1520 sqft, furnished and at Khairatabad. I am puzzled why no takers?? Is it close to the Railway Line?? - NE way, I have told my guyz, they are looking for potential tenents. Why dont you contact \"Home Guides\" located at Basheer Bagh. They might be able to help you. Can\'t help much with finding a tenant but certainly the description of the area brought back loads of memories coz I lived in Anandnagar in 70 80\'s and my brother & sister went to nasr school. We use to walk back from school from khairatabad.

tried FullHyd classifieds? anyway, just thru sunday edition of DC...u can find innumerable agents listed.
