startups a great places to gain experience...! i am sure thats a good break u got! whats does the company do? since its in Gurgaon, i am assuming its most probably a BPO.

yeh startups give invaluable expirience! girgaon is certainly booming. it has more malls than Hyd!

exactly, the reason why i joined this company, rather than opting for the Gaints. And no my compan is not a BPO. Its a consultancy by itself. More into IT consultancy now, but would like to move ahead. We basically work on .NET, Java, J2EE, DBs etc...

Yeah but many people use only that netpals thing and I think there are just 30-40 regular members.
