IMO no straight man shud wera a light pink/baby pink shirt...

Its actually BS. Pink is considered 'gay' primarily by Americans. The other countries (especially Asian countries) try to ape Americans and their ideas.

In Europe, many shops sell pink and purple shirts exclusively for (straight) men. In France, they have the same handkerchiefs for men and women... there are a lot of other things like this which make you wonder whether French men are gay or effiminate. But its just their culture and way of life. Pink is very much accepted there by straight guys.

Back in India, many of my friends used to wear light pink shirts on occasions. When they arrived in the US, they learnt that only gays wear pink in the US, so they had to throw away their Arrow and Van Heusen pink shirts :P

Its okay to wear pink in Hyderabad, who cares? Even if you wear pink in the US (and you're a straight guy) nobody will really stare at you (except interested horny gays) 8)

Personally, me would not be caught dead in a pink shirt. It will have to be special for me to wear a pink number.

pink is huge in the UK at the moment for mens shirts. There's actually a chain store called Pink which sells men and womans shirts, mostly in shades of pink.

my ex tried to convince me to get one, but i don't think i could pull it off (to close to my skin colour). It would look rather cool on someone with dark skin though

btw phat, even tho pink is not a 'gay' colour, there are some colours which men do not wear, like violet or indigo, or bright red. Pink is like the least liked colour (for men).

Women look stunning in pink    . my sis does!

Those are different.

But a plain pastel pink shirt would not look very good on a guy. But cannot say anything about it since I havent tried something like that.
