Any good gyms / areobics classes for ladies?

Hi all,



My wife has put on a lot of weight after pregnency, and she now wants to enroll in a gym/aerobics class to loose weight. we stay in kachiguda, so any thing nearby is what we are looking for. Can any one help?



Any information will be appreciated :)

contact Zareer Patell. he's a well known fitness trainer in twin cities. he also runs special classes for post-pregnancy weight loss. u'll see his ad regularly in ToI or DC.



but he has his classes only in Jubilee Hills, Secunderabad and Basheerbagh.

where in basheerbagh?

Can you tell me where in basheerbagh? I can take my wife to basheerbagh everyday, no problems.
Di muazzin ne azaan, shab-e-wasl, pichli shab,
haay kambakht ko bhi kis waqt khuda yaad aagaya!

i think its at Vidyaranya school opp secretariat, but i am not sure. look for his ad in the papers' classified section. its usually with his picure in a karate kick pose :)

Thanks a lot guys. I called the numbers, and spoke to Mr. Zaheer Patell. He has provided me the directions to the gym and also the package details.



Me and my wife would like to thank all those who helped us find information. That's the true hyderabadi - always helpful!!! :lol:

It is in vidyaranya school at basheerbagh, he conducts classes there from 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM. and thanks for the correction.
