Free Discussion Forum for your exclusive community

Guys

It so happened that i found a discussion forum ( bulliten board) application installed on my web sever. It was something that i had installed few months ago and totally forgot about it. It is perfectly working and ready to use. If you guys have a exclusive community for which you seek a discussion forum, i can donate this one for you with admin rights. I will create a sub-domain " yourchosenname.themavericks.net" and point it to your discussion board.

However, since i am giving it free i expect atleast a steady flow of traffic from your patrons. This is because, database and bandwidth costs me and i am just exploring the possibility of using the forum for a just cause, rather than deleting it with a click of a button!

So, please let me know if you need this and roughly how many people will be using it.

Remember, its all free and there is no catch. Well, except that i would be one of the admin, in case something goes wonky! Also, if in-case i do end up giving the forum to you, please make sure there is not more than 30 days of in-activity, else i would have to remove.

Also, no porn, racist topics and all that...

As in, if you belong to some college or school or a group. You guys can use it just like this fullhyd discussion forum. It can be like a forum only for your group or something of that sort.

I am one of the oldest patrons of Fullhyd. I am aware that this is one of the most active forums in India and a forum generally developes a lot of loyal patrons who would not move out unless something drastic happens ( like web site shutting down). Even if i try to 'steal' as you allege, i would do that in vain. I knew this would come up hence i gave the moderators an option to delete this thread if they wished.

Secondly, i was open to an idea of exclusive communnity. Kinda like 'Iscon group' or something like that!...
