how many here have worked/working in a BPO/call center?.. how do u feel abour ur job?

i have many friends in BPO/Call Centers and from what they say i understand that the most hated feature in thsi field is the Graveyard Shift...

FYI, BPO's are not all about working at nights and selling cellphones and electronic goods to consumers in the US.

Dunno where Perfectspeak is headed bhagwaan....I'm in the midst of peak season for my clients and the workload is increasing day by day. Should have my own comp in a week or so. Things would be much better then.
Have quite a few topics lined up for PS. I need to talk about Religion; someone wanted me to write about food and now BPO's.
