Sure it does. No health plan is successful without exercise. The book explains why low-carb is the best eating plan. It describes the 3 different stages of Atkins: the how-to and when-to, and then it has recipes.

Ive been on Atkins off and on for the past year and half. It is hard, I know! But if youre consistent, you'll notice some wonderful changes in the way you look and most impotantly--FEEL. You have more energy, your skin will glow, and you'll shed any unwanted pounds.
