i have seen that theater and it looks pretty seedy.i am really surprised to know that tickets get sold out.by the way is there any thater in the proximity to give it competition.and to top it all a mplex is a totally different cocnept compared to a theater. the volumes r essentially huge

yes i think a multiplex wud sell very well in that area. as Jackal says, the only theater there screens mainly telugu films with an occassional Hindi thrown in. this area is full of techies from all over india living and working here.

Solo, u'd be surprised to know that HiTech is a very good theater. its one of the best in town in terms of comfort, seating, facilities etc. before Prasad's opened,this was the most expensive theater in town.

weekends at Prasads is hell....the whole town seems to have turned up there. parking is always full and the staircase/escalators are jammed with ppl. now the new multiplexes/malls can hopefully share the load!



watch out for GVK One Mall with Inox multiplex at Banjara Hills....wud be the next hot destination
