one great thing the govt. has decided abt the Helmet rule is not to fine violaters, but to seize their licence and put them thru a 2 hour video on traffic safety and rules (licences are handed back after that). this is planned to continue till january.



later if they introduce fines i bet there wont be any opposition to it! :D
