I don't really agree with SS (SS, that does not, I repeat, does not mean that I hate you) on this issue. Though I disagree with most of it, I just have to comment on her views about bollywood women and their 'fakeness'.



SS, it is like this. These women are in a business that demands you to look great. Let's face it. Would you have an Amitabh Bachchan romancing a Lalita Pawar or a Hema Malini romancing a Keshtho Mukherjee? You would rather have Amitabh Bachchan romancing Hema Malini. And that is a fact.



So, yes, if cosmetic surgery can help them, then so be it. But, puhlease! I am very much against anyone in the real world doing that. That I detest. I have never succumbed to peer pressure and I never shall. And I shall never approve of people who do that.



And, just because she is a woman does it mean that she cannot speak her mind? Not that I like Mallika Sherwat but I like her attitude. She has balls and it takes guts to say what she does. Just because she is doing things that you do not approve of does not mean that they are wrong. That is the very essence of democracy, is it not? Being an American (the citizen of a nation which is a self-appointed guardian of democracy and which is 'the land of the free and the home of the brave'), I thought you would appreciate the concept more than us Indians.

I would not. I would much rather have women in this country who are not afraid to speak their mind and tell their man that he is not the stud that he thinks of himself to be. In the real world, girls try to emulate celebrities style. They dress like they do, they smoke their brand of cigarettes, they wear clothes from the same designer (knock-offs mostly), they try to live the fast life just because it looks so cool when the celebs do it.

I completely agree. I think that the best kind of person is the one thats acts like the "real" them and now someone eles. And I hate that "fake" stuff that people attempt to pull off. It's like, people should like you for you not for your body.

Yeah I dont think she has a fake chest. There was this article in Hyderabad Times last year which they showed people from our own telugu industry who have been under the knife.There were couple of names like Allu Arjun,etc.But they gave an interview with a docter who said that an actress has a breast augmentation process done,they didnt give a name but Bhumika's photo was in the article so I am guessing that she underwent the process.
