i empathize.last night i was heating an egg puff and it popped.thankfully there wasn much of a mess. but then ur eggs all over must have been pretty freaky. and oh lord what about ur hunger ?

i can share a quick microwave egg recipe for midnight snack



beat eggs with salt and pepper and few drops of oil in a microwave safe bowl.

cover the bowl with a paper towel/tissue and heat it about 1.30 to 2mnts.



and the snack is ready :)

no it is not accident prone. the key is to beat the eggs. dont just pour them into dish.



yes porcelain is a microwave safe dish and also plastic

Put em eggs in a porcelain bowl and fill it with water till eggs completely submerge and then microwave it for 5 min. Works for me.

That's exactly what I had tried and I almost went down in history as a suicide bomber.

phew..i am relieved now. and i am glad you liked it.



and another quick snack. you can roast peanuts/ground nuts in microwave. just place them on a plate and heat for 2mnts. and the snack is ready, you can eat them with a little salt sprinkled over or eat them plain with jaggery on the side. yum
