Always heat stuff like puffs in a regular oven... microwaves are not meant to reheat puffs and pizzas.

this one time, i was very hungry in the night and there were only eggs. I wanted them done fast so i put them inside the microwave to boil. there was a messy blast minus the bloodshed a minute later. took me 2 hours to clean up the kitchen.
