hey doctor....Patient #1 reporting :P



Problem: Infected Sinus



Symptoms: Running nose, heaviness in the sinus area, cough



Question: what to do?

Problem: Infected sinus



Symptoms: Sneezing and sneezing and sneezing, esp in the mornings.

well thats a common cold and u would have realised that with common sense. alas there is no cure for that and for a lotta other things

I have sinus hell too :x Only when its extremely cold though.

did u know extreme sinus treatment involves removal of the sinus.my aunt says she is on steroids when she gets a sinus based operation done.

1) Avoid cold drinks of any sort

2) use always warm water

3) STEAM INHALATION the best starter

4) Use Karvol plus capsule. Add that in hot water use that medicated steam.That is heaven.

5) If you cant afford THAT use Tincture Benjoin in hot water and inhale the steam

6)Some of the collegues advice simple salt water nose wash.

7) Use Nasivion or Otrivon nasal drops. Dont use this for long time. This is recommended only for short intervals.

8) CETRIZINE 10 Mg per day is advised in infective episodes.

9) You can safely use Tab Paracetamol as pain killer

10) DONT GO FOR STERIOD inhalors at earlier stage.

11) Use Antibiotics on and off May be you can start with lighter ones for example Erythromycin.

12) Last point Never call a doctor as Hey. I have never never seen a guy calling me Hey practically.

I have sinus too...my mom has it, my dad has it, my grand mother has it...
I ran into my ex-girlfriend the other day... I backed up and ran into her again... I miss her sometimes...

1. Sinus



2. Early morning Nausea and vomit



3. Frequent Head aches



4. Mental lethargy



5. High Blood pressure



6. Frequent fever



7. High creatine and BUN secretions



8. High phosphor content in blood



Question: What should I do doc :?
