man i am so lost trying to navigate my way thru this and u use stuff like SS and j/k. would be graaaateful if u cud expand those

i am not in delaware.am pretty much in hyd.and yes i am having prbs with my passport where will i sponsor ur visa. i guess the cop din put thru my passport thing clean coz i din bribe him. been runnin to the police station to find out what "police report submitted incomplete and case further being investigated" means

BTW any IPS officer can give a verification certificate.... :) If you know anyone just get it typed on his/her letterhead

thanks a lot man.i guess i shall do that.otherwise its gonna take a whole lot longer coz right now my passport in stuck coz i was studyin in coll outta hyd and the cop vetoed it coz i din write that address.

On the back of the Passport application form there is a booklet.There is a special format which they accept,just take the letterhead of the IPS officer and get it typed it in that particular format and get it signed.Thats it.... :D.Then you have to stay in the queue and then submit it,you will get verified in seconds. :D
