You know its all good to say things like

- Life is a learning experience.

- Learn and move on.

- Dont be bitter.

But only people who have experienced trauma at the hands of people they loved can say anything about how and what they feel. Its natural to be bitter... Its just a stage in getting over your loss.

If you are not bitter how would you get over the loss and the pain you went through. You should be bitter.

In fact I was bitter for a some time towards my ex. Now I dont feel anything towards her. The feeling is long gone.

hey how long did it take?

my ex still calls me up and talks to me, she even came visit me once. but i just dont think its working. just got a lot of past even to build a future. I would really appreciate if any of u could gimme some kinda idea as to what is better.

how long it takes depends on u. u have to learn to let go fast and move on. if this is the first or second time its happening, u wud find it difficult to get over it but time is a healer and it wud heal u too.
