It was awesome...

We met up at the KBR park gate at 7:15 AM. We completed the KBR Park circuit.. I think a distance of 4-5 KM in about one and a half hour. We talked about lots stuff. Infact the whole distance we were talking about one thing or the other. You know CAD right.. he is quite a conversationalist.

We saw a lot of Peahens( female peacocks) but no peacocks.. Mystie remarked.. "Yahan pe itne sare peahens hain.. koi peacock nahin dikh raha hai... eik hi hoga, us peacock ki to life ban gayi yaar  "

We talked about old FHDB members who stopped posting and we talked about people who currently post on FHDB. Eatukurivijaykumar's discussion came up.. and CAD was of the opinion that eatukurivijaykumar was a male.. I had always thought she was a female.. Let me explain. "Eat-u-kuri-vijaykumar".. you make the rest out.

We learnt there is something called as a "Fire Bush" and "Lantern Tree" from our nature outing.

After the walk we went for a breakfast and had Allu ka parathas and Gobi ka Parathas at "Hot Rothis". Hot out of the Kitchen. It was cool. :D

I got to know CAD stays very close to my house and infact the same evening I met his parents and his wife and CAD Jr. CAD Jr. is very cute... :D

All in all it was fun. It would have been even better if more people would have showed up... maybe next time.

so, it was just the three of u.

But sounds like it was a good bush walk.

The sad part is Hyd Junta is so nawab'ia and lazy they dont want to get up and make it to the park. No enthu in the crowd here on the board.

yeah thats fair enough.

but id say, it would be better if the bush walk is organised on a saturday morning or a sunday evening. U know, got to keep in mind the late night activities of a saturday night for people to wake up early on a sunday morning.

well, next time. and well, there s always a small start.

hey! sorry for the late post...but my PC's conked out at home and i had to wait till i came in to work today!

...and thanX AB, for the remarks! :D

i reached KBR at abt 7:20 and found AB n Mystie waiting...since i've met Mystie before, it was not a problem recognizing them.

The walk was good fun...time ka patha hi nahin chala....AB has already described it so i wont repeat everthing again!

...finally the walk was capped with a wonderful breakfast of parathas, achar n dahi at a small rajastani 'mess' in Madhapur....thanX to Mystie for introducing us to that place....

more ppl shud join in any future walks....more the merrier...! we shud organize such things regularly....maybe on saturday mornings if possible as someone said....

it was a pleasant surprise to know that AB n I stay abt 2 kms apart...and even more surprised to run into him in the evening when i was out with my family!

AB, u created quite an impression on my parents!

they kept saying "what a nice boy...so well mannered..." etc etc...:D
wtf? i no longer care if my posts hurt yr feelings

Yeah we should have a weekly or biweekly gathering for either a walk or jog. Better yet, one weekends we can go for food, drink and R&R. And then the next weekend we can top it off with a walk or run. :D

Ok now for my version of the walk.......i was actually prepared for a hike and was all excited abt it.........but since the quoram was too small i guess we landed up for a walk at KBR.....i think CAD and AB did most of the talking..(after all someone had to listen to what all they were speaking).....i got to know about some new FHDB members.......I wasnt quite regular with FHDB so i caught up with all that i had missed......i guess i should b regular now....but the net in my off is so slow.......

I think we need to meet up quite regularly....i liked the KBR walk...it was nice...infact i guess i was walking the whole day...again in the evening i walked abt 4 kms from infy to nanakramguda or something like that.....

meeting on saturday morn is better .......so lets make it the coming saturday at KBR.....
