Mira Nair's Monsoon Weddingme's surprised ppl havent seen it, nice movie. was not abt just naach-gaana at weddings.. that line is said by Dubeyji[wedding planner/manager], played by Vijay Raaz.

The Jackal wrote:I loved the movie.Almost everything in the movie was like a typical Middle Class persons family. You know the "I will shoot Dubey, the bastard" and then shifting from HIndi to English and vice-versa was typical.

:? i've seen it twice, but dont remember the dialog....azazel wrote:Mira Nair's Monsoon WeddingCtrlAltDel wrote:wtf? kaunsa phillum hai yeh?azazel wrote:...me actually surprised, ppl havent seen the movie! if u did, u would've remembered the dialogues.me's surprised ppl havent seen it, nice movie. was not abt just naach-gaana at weddings.. that line is said by Dubeyji[wedding planner/manager], played by Vijay Raaz.

Mental Note: gotta see it again....

CtrlAltDel wrote:even i didnt enjoy Unforgiven....too slow, dragging n boring....for me, an ideal western is full of blazing guns n horseback chasesThe Jackal wrote:Unforgiven.I hated this movie,it was boring and dull.It was nothing like the dollars trilogy. Some people like to treate this movie as an ending chapter to Dollars...but I dont see the resemblance here.Habitual Perfectionist wrote:Saw this one after a gap of 5 years and fell in love again with this movie.
How bout this one?Who wrote:Was tasting my soup two hours after I had it....this was more like an art film

i dont even recollect the ending...i must have nodded off in the middle itself.....Habitual Perfectionist wrote:A great climax. Wouldn't be great if you're looking for the typical western climax lasting 15 minutes with non-stop gunfire but if you look at the way the climax was executed, it was awesome.
And people call it boring?

was going to mention that, it's just in a different league to all his other performances. but that movie will be the high water mark in lots of people's careers (S Jackson will never be better, Travolta definately will never be better, I don't think QT can do any better than that either)

i dunno abt that...i thot his Reservoir Dogs n Jackie Brown were better than Pulp Fiction....marko wrote:I don't think QT can do any better than that either
