There is something to this phenomenon.

First it was Aamir who broke up then it is Saif who is talking about it.

It is because they can... their recent success has gone to their head. They think they can now have fresh peice of ass so why go for the old woman. Relationship gaya bhad mein.

If a man marries you because you were Eye-candy(patakha) 10 years ago you better make sure you maintain that Eye-Candy status. And sadly with actors it is the eye-candy factor which counts a lot.

Oh Ok.

Add to the list Azhar too.

But some one was mentioning about a 25 yr old relationship breaking up, and looked like he was mentioning a non celebrity issue.

So does it have to be the Only factor Asli Stated.

Eye-Candy (Patakha) Factor ? for the break ups.

In Azhars case he was dumb enough to go after Sangeeta Bijlani. And then to support his new life style he started throwing away matches for money. :x He is still paying the price. He was stupid. Goes to say how success and woman change people.

it could even be the other way, maybe he(whoever) was forced to stay in the marriage for years hopeing that things would work out, and one fine day they meet someone who makes them realise that they are worth more than the treatment they have been getting. love could blossom. there is every chance for this to happen.

on the other hand, i praise Aamir aand Azhar to have broken their marriage to marry someone else instead of two timing.

Eye-Candy (Patakha) Factor ? for the break ups.
Sadly relationships end... Relationships break up for many reasons... not just the eye-candy factor.

Maybe you can make a list of why relationships break... let me help you.

- Lack of trust/ faith.

- Monotonous & routine sex life.

- Financial pressure.

- Lifestyle incompatibility.

The lamest reason people give for breaking up is... "I love you.. but I am not in love with you" Thats even worse than saying... "Its over".

Very good points..

In Azhars case he changed over time. Even his friends claim he is not the same. Read articles on google.

In Aamirs case he married his childhood sweetheart Reena. And now suddenly he finds that he is not in ove with her. :? That says nothing is sacred anymore.

By the way; both Azhar and Aamir were two timing their mates. I would have respected their descision if they would have first seperated from their partners and then got involved with other people. But they seperated after they got involved with other women.

The truht is... You will always find something/someone else which is better than what you have. But the important question is "Would you leave what you have for a possibility". Say down the line what is to stop you from going to the third person. There is no end to this.

Do women hold any part in these break ups as well, apart from the other women ?

I guess everything changes with time, and what we know is just one side of the story which would not be a perfect basis to judge a person. and about him not being in love with her any more, I guess it is all relative. i mean, he would still have been in love with his wife, but in more love with his new chick. If he could stick to the decision of marrying the new chick, it cant be ruled off as a whim or a phase he is going through.

I also think it is more of a cultural/ society thing to stick to marriage defying all odds.

two timing in the sense, were they caught two timing or did they claim they were seeing other people on their own? i mean, if them being caught two timing, it is a bad thing, but if they claimed on their own that they like someone else, then its alright.

and about first separating and then finding another partner, there has to be a more solid reason other than decrease in levels of love for each other.

u can never rule the possiblity, but its pretty hard to defy biology.

In the words of Elizabeth taylor, the first time, its always hard.

True.

Also, who says the person you think is better is for you? If you have a settled life with someone and are happy, it really doesn't matter if you do meet ppl whom you might think are better. Because you wouldn't want anyone better!!

But I guess its when you're unhappy in the first place that things happen...

Look at it this way... even a small issue between a husband/bf and his wife/gf could lead to a breaking of relationship if the husband/bf thinks he might not have that issue at all with another person. This issue might have been resolved easily if not for the third person, whom the husband fails to realize he cd have different issues with!!

PS: I know this ain't clear, has to be deciphered
