Scott Peterson case…interesting updates

by Scott Peterson » Thu Jul 15, 2004 2:02 pm

If anyone is following the Scott Peterson case (husband accused of killing his pregnant wife, Laci Peterson), there’s been some really crazy developments recently. For one, it was brought out when Scott was arrested a couple days after his wife’s body was found, he had:

- 4 cell phones

- 7 credit cards (his, his mom’s, his sisters)

- $15,000 in cash

- Saw, knife, and other blades

- Water purifier

- and more shady things.

The guy said he was going to play golf, but hmmmm, that doesn’t sound right. Anyways, if you want to stay updated on the case Court TV is doing a great job by conducting live interviews with related persons to the case at 11pm each night this week.

Let’s hope he doesn’t get off just like OJ did…

Ive been following the case since it first made the headlines, as part of my journalism courses. Scott Peterson has guilt written all over his face, and I know at the end he will be convicted.

This strange guy always has 'strange' evidence popping up from everywhere. Most recent development: Amber Frey, his mistress had called on a homicide detective, secretly, even before his wife and unborn baby was killed, because he had dropped so many hints. And supposedly, he even told Amber when he first met her, that he was a widow..................although his wife was very much alive and also very pregnant.
Is that a pistol in your pocket, or are you pleased to meet me?

Finally someone who sees eye to eye with me on this issue! Did you guys see My Fair Lady? There is an amazing song in that called 'Why can't the English Learn how to Speak?' I love these four lines:

Why can't the English set a good example for those whose English is painful to your ears?

The Scott and the Irish leave you close to tears

There even are places where English completely disappeared

Well, in America they haven't used it for years!

Hey people, quit hating! Its not that we dont know English, but different regions have their own way of talking and mistakes. We have the Southern drawl, the infamous New York accent, the California Valley-girl/boy talk, etc.........

I hear a few mistakes here and there, but nothing major. The most mistakes take place in newspapers or news transcripts on the net, due to typo's. Bottom line, the person who typed the Peterson case online was too lazy to add an 'er' at the end of 'widow', hence this long post by me.....

We do not hate Americans and their English. We would have had they spoken English at all.

We have nothing against different accents and the way the local populace speaks.

We do have a bone here. Aren't the people you mention (reporters) 'educated' people who are supposed to know the nuances of grammar?

Scott Peterson is as guilty as sin. If you look at his face, you can see right through his devious and murderous face.

And hes very camera-friendly too........when the case was first brought to light, he had dark hair--and I mean black hair. As the case got hotter and hotter, his hair got blonder and blonder. Now hes a bleached blonde with a sexy bronze tan. His dress sense improved a lot too, infact it was reported that hes wearing high-end designer outfits to court.

Tell me, would a distraught man who lost his wife and newborn baby so tragically and heinously do any of this????!!!!! :x Its sick I tell you, absolutely sick.

If the jury finds his ass NOT GUILTY even after all this evidence (114 different ones, not to mention his frolicking affair with Amber Frey)----It would be a travesty on the judicial system.
Whenever you can't sleep
May you be treated to a song
And heaven cracks
A song falls softly from the light of heaven.
