WIN + D minimises all open windows, WIN + M only minimises the selected one. or so i thought. after a bit of experimenting it looks like theres no difference at all. sorry

however it is easier to reach with one hand :)

Win + E - Windows Explorer

Win + F - Search

Win + R - Run

:D
Things are supposed to happen the way they happen. And the reason they happen the way the happen is because you try to make them happen in a certain way and may or may not be succesful.

When I click on a link from a browser, it opens a new window which is of the size of a small box and doesnt fit screen. I have to manually maximise it. Any suggestions how to open the new window to fit screen size?

Easy

1. Open any a new session of IE (Browser)

2. Right click on the link and select open in new window.

3. Now re size this new window, "" DO NOT MAXIMIZE "", Re size by dragging with your mouse cursor.

4. Once you have resized to the size you want the new window to open. Press CTRL and "X"

5. Now again click on the link and it should open your new window in the size selected by you.

Thanks, that does the trick!

I was doing the same thing, but instead of resizing I was maximizing. Now it works fine.
