Tata Indicom : 1000 games no play ground

We all must be aware that Tata Indicom has added one more to their list of people they fooled. Me.

I recently subscribed to this Nokia phone offer despite maintaining a perfectly working Airtel connection. Thought i will donate my old airtel driven phone to my family member.

Now that i have this 1000 games phone i was wondering where are the 1000 games in the Indicom server. I found hardly 100 games and very very few actually download. Plus, they usually end up with your phone hung.

No ring tone downloads!

This indocom phone does not connect from landlines with STD blocked. Which means your folks at home canot contact you.

They're the only operator providing MMS and GPRS. Ringtones and graphics alone are Aitel's idea of GPRS :roll:

so far had no problem with the signal. heck, my phone even caught the signal in the basement!!!

Hutch has concentrated its towers in the up-market and main shopping areas. the coverage is sporadic n lousy in many suburbs and colonies.

if its improves its foot print like airtel has done, Hutch would be the #1.

Till date Airtel has given no problems anywhere in hydbad or on highways too. v r able to reach my dad anywhere even when he's travelling by train.

Airtel coverage is amazing.

Therefore i have Airtel Roaming card n Hutch card 2 use in city

My dad has an attachment where he puts 2 sims into the same phone but i cant do it with my phone

the coverage and signal in india is lot better than in US..at least from wat i have experienced...airtel's coverage in hyderabad extends beyond the suburbs too and in US anygiven city at least one carrier sucks...I am inn houston presently andd the coverage of AT & T is a joke here...cant get the signal if iam inside my house :evil:

My pal maintains a superbs all in one phone. Basically its the kind of device with which u can record audio vedio aand stills, manage to dos,open MS files, syncronice with PC, down MP3 ring tones and you can also make a phone call. The problem is, the phone run on hutch. I keep the phone next to mine and dial. The msaage says " The hucth number you are trying to call is currently unavailable"

Its rini Khanna's ( DD new reader) voice. The babes in hutch are exact opposite of the kind in Reliance web world. The connection sucks.

True...but then have some uniformity. My bill has instances of me having called up myself and the call lasting anywhere between 8 seconds to 11 minutes.

Bottomline - Reliance gives you a lot of benefits, but their billing and collection systems smack of an amatuerishness very unlike Reliance.
