actually he is not ghetto at all! he plays basketball like 4 hours every other day and he thought it was going to be sunny

turned out to be fairly rainy with thunderstorms and lightning...

if only if only...

If girls are supposed to stay fit----then guys should too.

Apart from than the aesthetic reasons to work out, its important to maintain good health. By working out atleast 3 times a week, youre less at a risk for heart disease. This of course if you watch what you eat too.

...u got it right Jaan...i do work out regulalrly...but sorry i have not yet reached the "amazing abs" stage....:lol: i am too busy keeping the spare tyres at a distance...:lol:



guys..guys..she n alexis are right..everyone has to workout atleast 30 - 60 minutes everyday to maintain a good health and fit body. if we desire slim n fit gals, rememebr that even gals desire slim n fit guys...(it even improves yr "performance" greatly...;) )



no need to get beefy n muscular (that is hard work, az)...aim only for a trim body with a firm n flat tummy and good stamina. thats it...

I don't actually sleep. I'm catatonic most of the time, and emerge into reality only infrequently.
