To all the people who think that hating dogs is a disease, well, may be it is. But the truth of the matter is, people hate things.

And moreover, there are people being hated in this world (eg: SRK, Karan Johar, Bush etc.). I don't think hating a canine is that big a crime.

Noone said that "hating" as such is a bad thing. My question was, why do u hate dogs? Though ,hate is a strong word, its a pure emotion,totally black-n-white. "Dislike", IMO is a better word.

... an avid animal lover once argued with me that hating people is legitimate since they're doing things knowingly, while animals do them innocently.

Tell me, when a ferocious, frustrated street dog attacks children on the street, how can you say that it doesn't know what it's doing? In it's own diminished mind it either feels that the children are going to harm its life, hence attacks. Or feels the need to show-off its power (like most animals do). Those are exactly the reasons why even humans try to attck and harm others.

Now now...u r tryin to compare animal minds with human minds. I blive that evolution has placed us on a higher plane of thinking than mere animals... U r right 'bout the dogs attacking to protect themselves. What they perceive as their territory they'll surely try to protect like any other being and obviously defend themselves against any perceived threat.
Dude,they are street dogs! There are certain varieties of dogs if i ain't mistaken. Domesticated dogs, or shud i say "Pets" are civilised!!:? This is where discretion plays a role..... U say u hate dogs n put a fullstop there....thats where me problem is!! Ever played wit a lasa apso,a baby lab,ever been protected by a dam dog? Wtever....we think,therefore we are. If you domesticate a cockroach or a grasshopper, may be even she/he will chase the rabbit and fetch the stick and play dead or something. How come no one's complaining about hating them?

I happens to know personaly that once upon a time in a land far far away, a dog bit off half of vulacns pee pee........ and as vulcan watched in disembodied horror, the dog chewed on it like one would expect ekta kapoor to chew gutka.......at that moment the dog sincerely wished that the taste would go away... but me in all my infinite-cofined-to-an-atom wisdom, forced the pooch to chew away....

few days later vulcan returned to crotchless underwear......... if you dont believe me, ask me later when i come up with an even more believable story....

And about the dogs, I was chased relentlessley by a black dog when I was 3-4 years old, it chased me at 65 mph's, so finally I leaped into our swimming pool and it jumped right behind me and swam after me. And all Alexis could do is watch me yelp in terror!!!!
