your fear of insects is unfounded... they're tiny and harmless after all. :D

Well I have a couple phobias up my sleeve (and no sarcasm this time Black wizard):

~Fear of getting lost, had it ever since I was 4 or 5 when I actually did get lost on Halloween while trick-or-treating  (SS, I didnt know you had that fear too, you never told me?)

~Electrocution, when I came to India for Alexis' wedding, their is this heater thing that you submerge in a bucket to heat the water, well since I never used it before I got the shock of a lifetime!

~Cockroaches, beetles and grasshoppers. You can pay me a million and I would still refuse to even go near it.
Is that a pistol in your pocket, or are you pleased to meet me?

One big phobia of mine, other than the vertigo thing is losing a family member. I dont mean losing them in a crowd of people....but you know what I mean. To me, my parents, siblings, and husband mean the world to me.....more than my life itself.

I must admit, if theres no good movie on Lifetime or nothing else better to watch, I enjoy Teletubbies. Its such a freakin' stupid show thats its fun to watch. My favorite Teletubby is Po. Dipsy is cute too.

My favorite episode is the one where one of them finds a ball. Its a funny one.

Stingrae,

I think SS meant COUSIN, not Nephew..............because we dont have any neices or nephews yet, were still waiting for that. Second, I dont think my baby cousin ever carried a purse in his life, so I dont think he's copying the teletubbies gay character.

Teletubbies, admittingly is pretty gay, but it stimulates a young childs mind and it helps them to become physically active by imitating the movements. Different colors, sounds and movements are displayed in each episode, which teaches young children what they need to learn at that age. Ive seen the difference in many kids after watching this show, and no none of them turned out gay.

I have one of the most embarrassing of fears - Cynophobia - the fear of dogs. Life becomes very difficult for someone like me. Especially when people keep reminding me that 'man, life is a bitch.' Bhow wow wow! Why cannot these furry, friendly, faithful creatures go be furry, friendly and faithful to some remote planet in the Armadillo Galaxy? Why earth? Why humans? Why me?

Thank you Aquarian for your time and patience to reply in such an articulate manner to my itty-bitty post.:-)

Good to know that teletubbies actually has some sort of a purpose hidden behind all the thick "fur".:? I was just poking fun and pointing out an obvious loophole for humor in SS's post,:D. Ah well,me thanks you for enlightenment on yet another subject in life :P:P.

PS: I maybe pre-empting myself here again...but i said "I was poking fun"....now dat is an obvious openin for some dipsh!t humor...

PPS: Whats d deal wit hating dogs?...(((this is gonna get some interestin answers)))

To all the people who think that hating dogs is a disease, well, may be it is. But the truth of the matter is, people hate things.

If you domesticate a cockroach or a grasshopper, may be even she/he will chase the rabbit and fetch the stick and play dead or something. How come no one's complaining about hating them?

And moreover, there are people being hated in this world (eg: SRK, Karan Johar, Bush etc.). I don't think hating a canine is that big a crime. But an avid animal lover once argued with me that hating people is legitimate since they're doing things knowingly, while animals do them innocently.

Tell me, when a ferocious, frustrated street dog attacks children on the street, how can you say that it doesn't know what it's doing? In it's own diminished mind it either feels that the children are going to harm its life, hence attacks. Or feels the need to show-off its power (like most animals do). Those are exactly the reasons why even humans try to attck and harm others.

If you hate one, you can hate the other.
