What your Comfort Food when you are Depressed, Frustrated? , Or just want to sit and relax on they old Betsy (Couch) for those who don't know! Or Couch Potato!



My Comfort Foods are Chocolate Covered StrawBerries, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.



So what are yours???

Mmmmm, comfort foods.......



When Im depressed, sweet food of any kind is great.



When Im chillin' on the couch watching tv, anything to munch on is good. Like chips, popcorn, or pizza with extra cheese, chicken, and pineapple as the toppings. And diet caffeine free coke.

Never feel like eating when I'm depressed.



When I'm on the couch...relaxing...I prefer cookies, fritters, any munchies.

And Hp come one eveyone eats alot when they are depressed! i know i am barely ever depressed! but when i just want to eat i eat no matter if i am depressed or happy!

Welcome to the FH family.

My name is Alexis, Im female and in America. To make you feel more comfortable here, I'll give you a little intro to some of the members here......





Habitual Perfectionist: Hes an intelligent and very articulate guy. Hes one of my best friends on this board.



CtrlAltDel: This guy will really make you laugh! His style of writing is very tongue-in-cheek and of rather sexual nature. Not in a bad way though. Hes no perv. Another one of my friends here.



Mayavi Morpheus: Hes a nice guy. I dont really know him as well as HP and CAD, but he seems smart. He and SimarikSmokin plan to hook up in december......I think. Maybe not anymore though.



Aquarian81 and SimarikSmokin are my sisters. And you'll get a biased opinion about them from me. Theyre nice, funny, and great friends.



Johnny: Is a cool guy. He hasnt been on lately, dont know why.



RabbitHole: Is a pretty new member here too. You'll like him too.



Jaszalcatraz and ZC: I dont know much about them. But you wont not like them. Theyre amiable enough.



Rock26inn: Has a very unique and nice real name and is a pleasure to chat with.



Phat: Is a cool gal. You'll like her Im sure. I know I do.



Bimbette: Is another gal on this board where females are a minority. Dont take her handle seriously though, shes no bimbette. I dont know much about her, but she seems like a very smart and friendly person.



Stingrae: Is a the most controversial guy on FH. Hes the hot topic of the board lately. But he takes it all well. No tantrums and no fights. He takes it all in his stride. Maybe its Raj that helps him keep his cool.



Raj:who the others believe) Is Stings very close friend. You wont hear much from him cuz he seems to have disappeared after being discovered.



Fiddler: Is a guy who hasnt been posting much of late. Dont know much about him, but the others like him. So he must be all that.



CrackedNut: Is someone I need to strike a conversation with. Dont know a thing about him!

Comfort food to me means alot, because it all depends on the type of food to bring my mood back up.

When I have the blues, I go for something soft and creamy.............like macaroni & cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy, tuna salad or watermelon (although its not soft or creamy )

...and answering Simi's question, i dont have any comfort foods. if depressed i prefer to see a violent action thriller movie or read a similar novel. i love eating at other times, tho...

But last night i ate sooo much! i ate, Teriyaki Chicken, Half Eaten Blueberry Muffin, and Passion Mango Pineapple Juice.

LOL! CAD, 'virgin' drinks are non-alcoholic. Pina Colada is normally alcoholic, but if youre underage or you dont drink alcohol, ask for a virgin. Virgin Pina Coladas come with a little whip cream and a cherry on top. Theyre soooo yummy!

You can do the same with Margaritas. I dont like those though.
