Now go to the kitchen and take the left-overs of ure dinner. Then mix 1/4 cup of water and turn it into a paste by constant mixing. Use only ure hands to mix. If u use ne electronic appliance this will not work. Now put this paste all over ure body and stand on 1 foot with ure arms folded above ure head for 5 minutes. Remember if u falter in this it will not work Then scrub it all of using only two betel leafs. Now repeat the process three times and wait for further instructions
