According to todays standards, a fit woman is thin. Super-models are waif-like, very anorexic looking. And actresses too, are very slim.

Is that the idea of beauty in your eyes?

Or would you rather prefer them a bit bodacious. Curves where theyre supposed to be.

Or do you like them pleasantly plump? Not skinny, not even average. Just a bit over average in terms of shape and weight. Rounder curves, like plus-size supermodel---Emme.

Im not asking you what you'd like your girlfriends weight to be. What is the ideal weight of the woman you marry (or have married)? And why?

i believe that is a misconception. Being fit doen't necessarily being thin. Too much is too bad. The same way too thin is also too bad. Therefore just the proper excercise and a balanced diet shud get u fit even though not thin.

waif thin is for anorexics - those who cant enjoy the simple pleasures of life like an icecream or a chocolate- and worry the hell outta themselves about where that fat is gonna go settle

obesity tho is another issue - shouldnt eat your way to it

I think the perfect body is Shakira's, in the "Whenever, Wherever" video.

Shakira has an hour-glass body, so do Selma Hayek, Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Isha Koppikar, and Halle Berry.

I dont like a skinny body, a woman is beautiful with curves.

Anyone see Antara Mali in this months STARDUST magazine? In ROAD, she had a gorgeous body, perfect hour-glass. Now she looks like a drugged out, un-fed dying puppy. She looks ugly!!!!!
