I'll make things easier for other hair conscious people...use a good shampoo that suits your hair type (dry, normal, oily); use a good conditioner (I prefer good old Shikakai soap) and keep your hair clean. I mean bathe it daily. Use the shampoo and conditioner on alternate days...and u'll see your hair become much nicer than what they are.

Ive heard of all sorts of home-made beauty remedies-------but this is the first time Ive ever read about applying "left over food" to your hair to beautify it.

What ingredients exactly should this food contain? And how "old" should it be (the left over-ness I mean)?



Im just wondering about this. I wont experiment with this concoction. Shukr guzaar hoon mein Upar-Wale se, for blessing me with nice hair :)

i think preferably a week old....u know...it becomes closest to compost manure n wud do wonders for your hair... :lol:

My cousin uses Mayo for her really course hair, and she adds avocado on it it really does makes a differences.
