You hit the nail right on the head by using the word installment The guest i had invited were just offering installment credit People now even learned to offer accrual! For example, if you offer 200RMB to the bride/groom today, they will return 218RMB to you when someday you'll be the bride/groom! (18 is considered to be a lucky digit)



But things are not that simple, when i joined my company i was the only one who was married ( except the boss of course ), so i have to afford the gift cash to all the future brides/grooms, while they are happy to find that they have little chance to return...
