100 % Veg Bakery! Try "Pancha Ratan Bakery" in Sultan Bazar next to Sri Krishna Deva Raya Library. ALL BAKERY PRODUCTS! It is owned by Balaji Ratanlal Sweets on Kachiguda Station Road, whose Specials All of You have may have heard of and tasted.

Sir i live very close to that place. there pastries and cakes are anything but tasty. milk products like paneer and ghee are good. but bakery products...no way, try master bakers at kachiguda and even king and cardinals at himayath nagar is good.

Yes out an out Thai restaurant and a nice ambience. There was a time when bright red would be considered shady .... now I am not so sure but still its pretty good. Check it out!

Hey another new discovery for ice-creams is this place called Indian Harvest...dedicated to Guj. food not that great but very healthy. But he has one of the best strawberry ice-cream I ever had. Even their hazel nut ice-cream was out of this world :)

Still on ice creams, the place called Melting moments is pretty good esp the Mango specials.

Still on Mangoes before the monsoon really sets in and the season dies an early death, diced mangoes with vanilla ice-cream are xlnt !!

People stop drooling on the board! Preserve it. I heard that it can serve as a very good garnish for a variety of foods, not necessarily those that catch the fancy of gg2m.

Just a couple of days ago my colleague and I were discussing crabs. Anyone knows where we get good crab dishes? I am one deewaana of crabs. The last time I had them was about 15-16 years ago. The taste still lingers in my mouth. Slurp! Ever since I moved to Hyd, I have been grossly missing them. Please, help!!!

You can get crab at the ex-fish canteen near tankbund (beside the AP Tourism office on the Hyd side). You can also buy crab(if u can cook it) at SEAP shop in Domalguda. I dunno about other sea food stores.
