Hey johnny,

mein to sirif apne khaali samay ka sahin upayog kar raha hoon. as far as spamming is concerned......I say this,

Before the fullhydi meet I used to write long posts, but the avg was the same. after the meet some how the length of the posts has shrinked....and that is why people think I spam......actually I avoid making useless posts. If writing short messages or posting 18-20 messages perday is spamming then whats the point in being a member of a DB at all?

Since what we do is neither send email nor advertise, we cannot be called spammers in that sense.

The other definition says that spamming is kind of informal dissaproval and isnt that the whole point of a discussion board?

My point exactly. It is sad that the word "spam" carries around so much social stigma with it. People look down upon people who spam when actually all they are doing is saying "no" in a friendly way. THis kind of hatred is uncalled for and would like people here to boycott such people.

from today we will remove the negative side of the word spam and only look at the positive side.

email wala spam is not applicable here as this is a DB..and in discussions the replys need not b long...just a few words or smilyes to keep the topic going r good.
