The best that I like are mountain dew and some deodorant(never try to remember the name) where a lanky guy dances all of a sudden in a pub and makes the popular guy jealous ...



Worst is the HDFC.The taped gigglies are annoying and the ever negative BIL is irritating!

The dancing guy Ad is of Axe Deo. Nice one. The worst Ad in recent days is that of HDFC bank. The Ad tries to imitate the laugh track in English sit coms like Friends, Will and Grace.



The result is so pathetic that it has become the worst ad in decades.



Other bad-Ads are IBM thinkpad, Blue Dart and BenQ cell phone

Cricketers do manage to make a lot of revenue .. but do their ads give the product any extra mileage ? Most of the ads where you have cricketers are weird. Right from the time when Sachin (in his late teens) advertised for Gillette, and more recently Viru and his "Maa" for RIM. Viru again in Mayur ....



But one ad related to cricket again was damn funny MAX ..leg-spin... off spin.. clean bowled!

This is a hilarious one. I read it in a news paper some time back, the ad was given by VLCC (they claim to make u slim and trim..... ).

The problem was with the URL having a "highlight=" in the end - it is a version problem with PHP at our hosting service's end. While we are rectifying that, for the time being we have edited it in all places in this topic and removed it. Now that link works fine.

I had guests in house recetnly for a couple of days, they were from solapur. they liked the katrina kaif ad (b`coz of the clothes she was wearing) and he actually thought it was an add for a clothing brand. I had to expplain to them that it was actually a news paper add.





BTW no one can beet Hutch when it comes to bill board adds. the whole campaignwas so well planned.
