I agree with you on that one ramya, as a person grows older, he will not be recipient to new ideas and cant take bold decisions (though vajpayee and PV Rao has proved this theory wrong). What we need is young blood in politics, thats why I always like Rajiv gandhi though I have no clue of the good/bad he has done.



Regarding advani's rath yatra, I cant comment. I am biased against him and never liked the rath yatras. Infact I was totally biased against BJP, but their 5 years at centre changed my opinion esp. economic, defence and foreign policies and vajpayee is one charming person even at the age of 79.

If i had my way, would put the army in charge of the country for a coupla years n sort out the messes; from crime to corruption, communalism.. vrything..work for a united people, swift justice, a really shining India..

which i dont think would be possible, ever, with our hopeless leaders, politicans..n the rampant corruption.. but then, im not sure of the defence anymore either..

i dun think the Rath yatra or whatever is gonna change nethin', its still goin to be an NDA sweep of the elections..as long as the Congress has Sonia Gandhi as its leader.. just NO competition..

As for the military rule thing, i also mentioned the capacity for corruption even in the defence..shady deals/bad ppl.. just the sort of discipline that the army is famous for, could be more effective!

Rath yatra or no, the outcome's pretty clear as far as im concerned..

yea, campaignin or whatever, its a pain for normal life!

but, then this is the only time, we can actually expect them to work up a sweat..afterall, its gonna b relaxation for 5 years!! heh

in my opinion the youth should make party and contest in elections.B'cse they have young blood,so they didn't easily corrupted give a good governence.

i didn't agree with military rule.b'cse its not easy to control this large country.so it wil effect the secrity of this country.

now CPI and CPM want to ally with Cong do u think this will effect the state politics?(means the opposition would be strong in elections)?pls give ur opinion
