I am writing from the United Kingdom and have the possibility of moving to Hyderabad for work purposes for at least a year.



Are there any ex-pats here or can anyone give me any tips.

Welcome to India and our wonderful city "Chalky"! I am not an expat, but a pure "Hyderabadi".



You can find some tips in the "Welcome to Hyderabad" forum. Since you are coming here on work, I am sure you'll be in a Hotel or your company would arrange your accomodation, so no worries on that account.
