Saddam is captured in northern Iraq

I got flashing sadness in my mind immediately after getting the news that Saddam was captured by US special forces with the help of Kurdish forces. He has been an Asian with anti imperialistic and anti US interests. But this Chemical killer needs some penalty.

ppl. seem to have missed the other news headline. Parvez Musharraf escapes assasination bid. (though it can hardly be described as an assasication attempt). Case of missed opportunity?

Which also reminds me, our prime minister it seems, desires single currency in india-pak. is it feasible? of course, that means ISI can print the currency and use it too instead of just pumping it into india.

well guys. !! how do you draw the line, until he (saddam) was fighting for US against Iran he was a great guy. this can happen to anyone of us. better to keep distance from them, hello/thank you/bye....

ZC, \'IF\' USA was involved in his maiming, gassing and killings of Iranians/Kurds/Iraqis does it still mean that we have to feel \'sad\' for his capture, as PT expressed in his post ? or should we feel elated that the world is safer and happier w/ one less tyrant ?
 I have seen those videos ZC, where the tongues of men are being cut with knives, while their hands are tied; some were tied to a tree and were beaten up by whatever they had including stones; Fingers, hands, toes, feet, noses were maimed by knives and when the men were screaming with pain, Saddam and his cronnies were clapping with delight;. These men, after maimed were tied to a branch of a tree and then the rope cut so that he falls to the ground, hands tied and all.
 I saw all this on the video ZC. I wonder how the uncut videos are ! it gives me jitters.
 Lets keep aside the involvement of the US and Uk, France, Germany, Russia\'s \'who all gave the monies to the Saddam regime and who all backed, when , how and the rest of it. Lets not allow the politics of the world water down your logic of being able to see the fact as a fact, ZC.
 How did you react to Nazi camps ? How are these different ? Why should we not protest naturally to these inhuman attrocities albeit by Saddam, a supposed friend of India according to IK Gujrals statement after the capture.
 There are some, I observed, who are deciding to acknowledge facts based on the personal likes or dislikes of President Bush.

As per latest news available the white British and American soldiers have urinated upon an Iraqi civilian after beating him almost death. Sadam seems to be better. At this stage USA and its puppet BRITS are the real terrorists of the world. and above that they are worser than the Nazis it is assured. :evil:

As per latest news available the white British and American soldiers have urinated upon an Iraqi civilian after beating him almost death. Sadam seems to be better. At this stage USA and its puppet BRITS are the real terrorists of the world. and above that they are worser than the Nazis, it is assured. :evil:

dude, why should we be ashamed of the horrible actions of the Brits/Americans?? the whole world has seen the true nature of the American occupation and the disastrous consequences for the Iraqis!

they should leave Iraq after helpin rebulid what they destroyed with $$ .. they've ended up damgaing their own image further.. whatever Saddam n his cronies used to do shouldnt be of any concern now.. it is the actions of the epitome of the civilised world, the U.S that we should be worried abt!!
