Will do so, fear not. I\'m just wondering if it isn\'t just going to be me and Fren (and PSD) sitting around getting used to each others faces. Hope other people turn up too. In my opinion, a number of between ten and fifteen is an indicator of success. Let\'s hope.

Being a member of an online communty thousands of miles away in the U.S, I am struck by the enthusiasm of many FullHyd memebrs to organize a picnic and shoot the breeze and have fun as opposed to the facade of anonymity that one imposes on oneself here. There is absolutely no talk about meeting and or hanging out. It has a lot to do with cultural difference obviously, but to play devil\'s advocate: isn\'t the charm lost when when the pleasure of being anonymous (where some members even have pseudomymns to preserve their real identities, when guys are mistook for girls) is lost forever when there is a face to face meeting. It is none of my business when people want to meet, but as a person who studies communication, I could not ignore the differences in ways in which one approaches online communities. What happens when Fiddler is no longer fiddler or Mayavi Morheus is not longer that \"Mayavi.\"

Unbelievable! Why! C\'mon Guys, what prevented you to show up? I still can\'t believe! After more than 90 postings and effusing enthusiasm this is quite an anti-climax! To borrow ZC\'s pet quote

Kuch nahi ho saktha! Indeed, kuch nahi so saktha! And Ramesh, this should be an hint to you also in your crusade to bring together the participants to remove the religious structures on the roads. OK, let\'s agree that we are good only in postings and when it comes to put something into practice, we definitely lack the fire! BTW, at least, some of us had a genuine reason to be not there being away here in USA. But those living in Hyderabad - too bad guys.

JustaLittleUnwell, not only responded but he also went out of his way to help her. If there\'s a cause, there are committed people in this city. Yeah too bad the (non)meeting turned out to be a damp squib.

hi people!i am new to this discussion boards but then i really like the way you all intercat with ecah other.i have juts finished my graduateion from pune and can say,hardly have friends in hyderabad.its a wonderful place,but the very feeling of no friends s****.i believe this get together you people are talking about it great and even i am intrested in joining you people,if there at all happens to be one.

 Lol, Fiddler, mate, I really feel sorry for you. I can imagine the endless wait....fiddler in a blue wind cheater and cool Ray-ban, sitting on top of the rock, waiting for fren and popesmokedope to show up, not knowing that fren has found a chance date and is going to skip the meet and the pope, high on dope, forgot that tiddly widdly (dont ask me what that means) fiddler was waiting for him at the rocks.
 Poor fiddler, expected a grand gala meet and what does he get...endless wait, and to add salt (or is it chilli?) to injury he had to go thru the ordeal of watching Beautiful young girls in skimpy skirts and tight tops kissing their dudes while our dude sucks on to his thumb.
 Cheer up mate, shite happens, suck it up and move along. Better luck next time.
