Seven Sutras to Swarna-andhra: 1.) Ask for starting a nuclear power plant in AP 2.) shift F1 to Chitoor or Vizag 3.) Develop HYD towards Warangal and not towards Bomday, coz Warangal/Kazipet are central (in AP point of view) in India rail map. 4.) probably international airport should be at Warangal/Kazipet, then it will cater to Vijayawada and Nagpur also very easily. 5.) Start a HYD-Warangal-Khammam-Vizag/kakinada rail network/national highway to keep HYD in close in time to sea ports. 6.)develop Vijayawada-Tenali-Guntur combined, something like, tri-city, they should come next in line to HYD coz there is river Krishna. 7.) State police should have army deputaion once every three years.

Nice, but about the international airport thing...it should be as close to hyderabad as possible...(center of the city) because thos who travel by international flights need access to a metropolis not some small town.besides we dont need an international airport to cater to the needs of small towns(whatever their needs might be)

take any intl airports, they are outside city abt 50 kms from city center or more, no need to give reasons for that coz they are plenty. anyway, the pace at which HYD is expanding, Warangal will become part of HYD in 10 ~ 15 yrs, will atleast come very close. no need to worry about it.

Currently people from Nagpur and Vijayawada or split between Bombay/Chennai and HYD. if we can attract this population, the passenger numbers will increase very much and HYD airport can be placed as a big name on international airline map. Currently its very small. Coz transportation is about passenger numbers !! simple !!

already we have one. what is the use? Shamshabad would be farther away for people of chattisgarh and maharastra towards nagpur. time of travel matters a lot. or atleast there should be a bypass highway roads direct connecting to Hiways for Vijayawada and Nagpur, with direct trains/buses to these palces, which becomes more complicated. anyway...........

the one that we have now isnt big enough to accomodate major international carriers.that\'s why they are building a new one and they are also connecting it in a very efficient way to the city.

anyway......plans are already in to start at Shamshabad. so, i shall replace this point with:::: Push the center for connecting rivers, it gives water for much needed Telangana and Rayalaseema

Point 8: On govt jobs: all state govt jobs should be brought under one umbrella for recruitment. and only one member of a family (among: parents and children, say a family of four people) can get a govt job in any of the different govt department to distribute the jobs evenly among the general public.

point 9: On law and order: there should be rotation of jobs between police(administrative side) and govt jobs, so that many people can get first hand knowledge of law and order and educate other general public.

point 10: on APSRTC. Buses should have the second door not at the back, but at the center. then 1.) people wont hang coz they are rt in fornt of back tyre 2.) seats for females and males can be clearly separated and arguments in buses can be eliminated.

point 9: inter departmental transfers will to a certain extent eliminate corruption. this should be aplied to courts as well (administrative people only)

Point 11: Medical doctors should work for initial two yrs in rural areas to get degree.

point 12: remove surnames and caste names. from now on, all children born should be named in tamil style (father name + child name). remove....... reddy, naidu, sastry, sharma, naik, patnaik, etc, etc, also. total ban on names identifying with caste.

point 13: reservation should be introduced in govt for people who do inter-caste/religion marriage.

point 14: Lepakshi/govt Khadi shops/centers should be opened in international airports in India and abroad.

abt that point 8 of urs: only one person from a family should get a job. thats totally unfair man.....what if there is a family with a super genius dad and two genius children man(assuming that all of em\' hardworking and ambitious).....and only one of em getting the job is kind a sad!! in one way u are harming the government itself by not recruiting the best

your point 12 and 13 are contradictory. in 12, u say we should remove all castes, name tags etc...

Hey ZC, quite a healthy change from someone who is a staunch believer in the “kuch nahi ho saktha” dictum and who would lose no opportunity to rip apart any soul indulging in or entertaining thoughts or actions associated even remotely with idealism or optimism or progressivism or positivism as “funda dena”! Well, keep it up and coming.

<br>Though the list is quite sublime, for a change, can I have the prerogative of pessimistic questioning – kya yeh ho saktha hai? Remember, we will keep tabs of the date and watch the progress and also make it a point to read and watch news on Eenadu/Gemini/Vartha;)

<br>Back to the list - 1, 11 and 14 are good and only ones that I thought reflect progressivism and gel with what we stand for. They are practical, plausible and in the right direction and most importantly don’t involve initiation of any belligerent actions. The rest, especially the surnames stuff - not in a thousand years! Aren’t these boards providing enough evidence about how compassionate we are when it comes to religion, caste, language? Moreover, it’s an infringement on personal rights, choices and preferences – not at all practical in a thriving democracy. 4, 5 and 6 – its just a matter of few years – with ever increasing population and depleting resources – these avenues will definitely be explored. As for the buses, it’s a trivial issue to be clubbed with matters of utmost concern. Anyway, we are definitely not zealous of shedding of our youth’s blood just to put a stop to an inane action. As for the arguments in the buses – well that’s what used to add the spice to an otherwise drab journey!

there are reservations now, and many brains in drains as people say. so, i dont think there is any problem if two people of a family are intelligent and only one is given a govt job. the other can find aprivate job easily, isnt it.

Anil: All systems are made by the people and for the people. Indian system evolves due to the people, meaning self evolution. there is a very thin line between the two and i cant explain in text. and most of the points are what i think the system will become by itself after a few yrs as u said. lets wait and see ki kya yeh ho saktha hai ya nahin aur kitne jaldhi ho saktha hai. i have given as suggestions, may be i should have given it as fiction i dont know.
