the IIMs conduct CAT to test students in 2 fields- English, & Math. if
u buy the CAT application (\'Bulliten\' as it is called).. u\'ll find
that the test is divided into 3 sections - Apptitude, English, & Data
Interpretation. the IIMs have a notion that daily 2 hours preparation
for 6 months is enough to crack CAT. besides the IIMs, there r several
other colleges that accept CAT score. the list is given at the appendix
of the CAT bulliten. and if u want the details of other exams? try this
site
http://www.imsindia.com .. btw where do u stay? r u talking any coaching?
if u get 98 percentile or above, u\'ll get a call from the IIMs,
meaning u r selected for GD (Group Discussions)... if u get thru\' then u\'ll
have to face a PI (Private Interview). and if u r thru with that then
u r selected for pursuing PG in the IIMs..... that\'s it bro\' all about CAT
