Now what is your definition of a veggie? Is egg okay? Make an omlette :-). Add sliced onion, tomato, capsicum etc. as per your liking/energy. Don\'t ask me where I learnt to add vegetables in omlette. I don\'t know. At least in my house they don\'t :-)

Try my bread-cake.

Just spread some butter on your bread toast or plain bread, and on top of that, your fav. choc. like Bournvita or Milo. :D

Nice, quick, interesting, veggie, chatpata, teekha :o
<br>
Okay! One more bread recipe.
<br>
1. Cut up your bread into small pieces.
<br>
2. In a pan, fry onions with usual spices.
<br>
3. When it\'s just reddish brown, add those bread pieces and stir them a lill.
<br>
Use your creativity and garnish it with greens, milk cream and what not. Enjoy!

Egg is non-veggie because it has life in it. Why do you want to kill the poor unborn chick in it, ZC?

Abba... Please tell me some good recepies yaar. I don\'t want more debate on what I am killing. I know, even bread is non-veg becoz they kill yeast while producing it!
<br>
But all I requested, was for recepies, my lord! My fault I added that ominous word veggie there... All fumes from that non-veg post are precipitating here :))
<br>
Yawwnnn... g\'nite Hyderabad... Time for Oops to call it a day.

For that matter even my \'achar\' is non veggie :-/ becoz the extreme proportions of chilly and salt in it kill those puterifying bacteria... OMG! Even cooking food will kill so many germs and microbes that I cannot even imagine!
<br>
Chal chod yaar... Apun ko roti sabji khane se matlab. Kya? Samjha beedu.

Okay Oops, here are a few good quick tasty snacks, easy to make...
<br>
1. Onion Pakodas
<br>
Slice onions (3) very finely, add a few pieces of ginger finely cut and 5 small green chillies chopped finely. Take 3 cups of channa flour, add salt for taste, and also 2 tblsp chilli power and a little asafotadida. Sprinkle water and make a tough dough. Add finely chopped cooriander, if you like it. Heat oil in a pan. Mould the dough into small pellets and fry it until the sound subsides (or until it\'s golden brown).
<br>
2. Onion Baggi, Cauliflower Baggi
<br>
Slice onions/cauliflower into round shape. Take 3 cups of channa flour, 1/2 cup rice flour, add salt to taste, add 3 tbl spoon chilli power, and make into a thick batter by adding water (thick enough for the veg to be covered by the batter). Fry it in the oil until it\'s dark brown.
<br>
Okay, I have made up something for a rainy day. Enjoy! And let me know the result... if possible some sample too!

Hi Oops!
<br>
Try this....
<br>
Sabudana Khichadi
<br>
Ingredients
<br>
1 cup Sabudana (take good quality one)
<br>
3-4 tbsp Roasted Groundnut Powder
<br>
2-3 Green Chillies slitted vertically
<br>
1 tsp Jeera
<br>
1-2 boiled Potatoes cut into small pieces
<br>
1 Lemon
<br>
Coriander chopped finely for garnishing
<br>
3-4 tbsp Oil or Ghee
<br>
Method:
<br>
Wash sabudana 2-3 times with water.
<br>
Soak 1 cup sabudana for 1 hr in with sufficient water. The sabudana will soak the water.
<br>
Add salt as per taste and add groundnut powder. Mix well.
<br>
Heat oil or ghee in karahi. When hot add jeera then add green chillies and a little salt now add potatoes(if u like) and fry for 1 minute. After this add sabudana little sugar (optional) and mix well. Sprinkle very little water and close the lid and allow it to cook for a few minutes.
<br>
Garnish with coriander leaves and add a few drops of lemon juice just before serving. Sabudana Khichadi is ready for serving.
