1) wake up very early may be at 0430 hrs
<br>2) finish daily routines in 30 minutes, use scientific tooth brushes only.
<br>3) study your subject for 30-45 minutes
<br>4) walk/jog/run for 30-45 minutes
<br>5) take plenty of water then after 10 minutes take good coffee or tea
<br>6) Take a warm water bath
<br>7) Take good breakfast, but not too oily may be you can take a omlette.
<br>8) Reach your working place early, be sure you reach there 30 minutes earlier than your boss.
<br>9) Take a juice inbetween dont take samosa/vada/oily puffs
<br>10) Dont develope any grudge with your collegues
<br>11) Smile liberally to female sta(u)ff, but dont give any undue advantage
<br>12) lunch without nonveg stuff
<br>13) dont involve in afternoon sleep
<br>14) evening hours walk for 2-3 kilometers
<br>15) finish left over house works by yourself dont beleive anybody
<br>16) take a early dinner light
<br>17) go to bed early 2000 hrs
<br>18) weekly once alcohol
<br>19) weekly once outside food of your taste
<br>20) travel as you like in MMTS/APSRTC/LOCAL TRAINS

Put water in copper vessel, and put it on a non conducting surface overnight.everyday. drink in morning after brushing ur teeth. If u have ur copper BINDHI/BINDHE, start using it. dump ur water bottle from fridge.

also have sex frequently.. at least for 3-4 days in a week.. you keep trim that way.. thats how I maintain my shape. also drink lots of water and avoid carbonated drinks like coca-cola and pepsi. rest at least 8 hours a day..

Geee...those are the 20 things which I dont do, except for takin a hot water shower. And wake up at 4.30 in the morning! are u outta ur friggin mind? Lol, I wake up at 10 - 11 in the morning and sleep at 2 in the night, still managing to stay fit. :)

<br>And jee.. pavani, 3 - 4 days a week! I remember u sayin in other thread that u hate ur bf exactly for that reason.

Hey PT, everything is fine except the going to bed early at 2000 hrs! That\'s a luxury which I am afraid none of us can afford! And more than 8 hrs sleep per day? Man, its been ages since I slept for more than 6 hours a day. By the way, all the ladies, \"Smile liberally to male sta(u)ff, but dont give any undue advantage\" And Pavani, I second what you have added - I don\'t know in the females, but in males, it is known to reduce the incidence of prostate cancer considerably! Is Sunny and MRK listening?

I used to do sex regularly with my ex-bf, but not with my current bf. But what my current bf wants is only sex, anyway I have decided to leave him.. I think he needs a prostitute and not a gf.

See Pavani, when we do MTP, even the married ladies show a lot of much emotional pain. Being an unmarried lady, you say you laid freely with so many. Be careful. We see a lot of emotional disorders, personality disorders, and even permanant depression in those ladies who conceive before marriage.

Slimming courses? ZC, \"intercourse\" is a much better course than any duplicate nakli slimming courses! Of course, you can always have those pills made by killing thousands of small helpless animals.

Having a clean and sincere mind is the best way to be fit and healthy, and not sleeping with BFs (ex and present). Try to meditate for some 1/2 hr daily + stick to a good veg diet for a peaceful time. Pavani, I very much doubt if you are a woman, since no woman will openly discuss her private/personal life... And please do not misguide youngsters, Pavani.

I didn\'t exactly get sex=slim. Does that mean all obese people are not having proper sex? I know that fat women find it difficult to conceive. This is new to me. And what will happen if a thin person has sex? Will only his/her bones remain?

This may work better for the thirty plus:
<br>
Early morning walk, yoga or exercise.
<br>
Veggie food & fruits during the week.
<br>
Maybe twice a week white meat only.
<br>
Avoid tea coffee in the evenings that may delay sleep.
<br>
Positive thinking and attitude.
<br>
In my personal case offerring namaaz helps.
<br>
As much as possible try to help family, friends, needy.
<br>
Ty to give to others rather than expect something.
<br>
I will add few more tips later on.
