1) wake up very early may be at 0430 hrs
<br>2) finish daily routines in 30 minutes, use scientific tooth brushes only.

<br>4) walk/jog/run for 30-45 minutes
<br>5) take plenty of water then after 10 minutes take good coffee or tea
<br>6) Take a warm water bath
<br>7) Take good breakfast, but not too oily may be you can take a omlette.
<br>8) Reach your working place early, be sure you reach there 30 minutes earlier than your boss.
<br>9) Take a juice inbetween dont take samosa/vada/oily puffs
<br>10) Dont develope any grudge with your collegues
<br>11) Smile liberally to female sta(u)ff, but dont give any undue advantage
<br>12) lunch without nonveg stuff
<br>13) dont involve in afternoon sleep
<br>14) evening hours walk for 2-3 kilometers
<br>15) finish left over house works by yourself dont beleive anybody
<br>16) take a early dinner light
<br>17) go to bed early 2000 hrs
<br>18) weekly once alcohol
<br>19) weekly once outside food of your taste
<br>20) travel as you like in MMTS/APSRTC/LOCAL TRAINS
