Arey kya bhai... Mahikhalya, Pasinde, Bagharey Baigan, Tamaate Ka Salaan, Biryani, Shami Kabaab, Koftey, Machli Ka Saalan, Murghi Ka Salaan, Bhuna Huva Gosht.....kya sab ab sirf Mughlai khano ka zikr hi karenge kya??? Zara apney regular Hyderabadi dishes ki taraf aaiyeh! Harey kantey waley baigan aur sookhey kabaab, Chugar aur Nathni Machli, Bommal Macchi aur pyaaz, Kulfe ki Katlee, Mongey (Sojini) ki phalli, Arvi ka khatta, Ganwaar (Matkey) ki phalli aur til... and many other very very special Hyderabadi curries aur in sab ka badshah... my all time favorite.. Ambadey ki Bhaaji aur Seeney ka Potley ka Gosth with Pharera white chaval... a touch of Chukka in Ambada... Kya kahney! Bombaat saalana hai bhyee apney shehar ke!
