Do a person who wish to direct a movie need to work in the sets before or just a person with great creativity can do well? I feel that stranger has to face a lot of problems without a foundation in tinsel town.what do you people say? I am Jr.RamGopalVarma(in future)

No Teja, Just creativity is not enough, There are lot of people with great creativity, say Hussain (the great fan of Madhuri and who made Gajgamini), has great creativity, but he can never make a movie like Company. Don\'t ever try to be a Ramu, u may spoil your life
