These departments need to be privatised or contracted

Today, keeping in view inaction, inefficiency, corruption etc., privatising or running departments on a contract basis will be leading to good progress. Our CM is doing good work in this matter. Today we see the RTC bus-passes being issued in a good manner. It is due to contractors that we are getting bus-passes immediately. Likewise, in my opinion, except the police and information, all departments must be handed over to contractors or must be privatised for the benefit of the public. Or keeping Swarnandhrapradesh in view. what do you guys say?
