We lose discos (yet) again!!

by vivek » Tue May 20, 2003 3:50 pm

The more relevant fact is, how many did we have to lose? Two guys cut off the straps of a girl on the dance floor and her top fell off. This was the story I heard which eventually became a reason for the closure of discos in hyd last time (we had one less disco at that time... I mean, we had just one disco!). Now what? Discos do no harm, it\'s the people who go there that irk! Junta just go and drink till they drop. Do you guys go to discos to ogle women at the wrong places? Then you are the reason that Hyd lost discs. Does it really matter? I feel we should have at least one for the name sake. I am unable to face \'happening low IQ\' guys from Mumbai and Delhi who think DVDs should weigh more as they carry more data. As for now Saturday nights are to boogie with DJ Krishna steps.

Hi Vivek, I agree with you. This abnormal behavior is something to do with childhood bringing up. I have witnessed the same in one of the discos in New York where one of our guys had drunk to glory and started abusing other guests. These are the people who make the lives of the right-minded people miserable and shameful!

No culture man, you find the same damn crowd with a little variance in every damn disc event in hyderabad. Theres not much we loose with discos being banned. The fact it, it reflects a sense of narrow approach to life. Kids find \'small torn baloons\' in NTR gardens if you know what i mean. Now thats the kind of administration we have here. Its sick i say.

Hey people.... as you\'ve noticed, HYD sucks because discos are not available. Come and see B\'lore city man, it's always rocking. It\'s really shameful for Andhra. The guys should behave in a disco....

Its really unfortunate that, hyderabad lost its discos. For any cosmopolitan city nitelife is a must. All these talks about preserving culture is bullshit. Let the society take its own course, everybody knows what is good or bad for them. Thats what Democracy is dudes.id these leaders are so worried about a stray incident, ask them to clean up the brothels from banjarahills to charminar.
The more conservative the society is more desperate the people become, thats the sole reason why eve-teasing is rampant in hyderabad or chennai compared to Bombay, Delhi, B\'lore or Pune.....
