I didn\'t get you and I haven\'t seen any Samatha\'s post bfore. Anywayz, what are the companies you are talkin abt? MNCs - I mean real big ones with real big sal? Is everyone who\'s discussing on this board that good to choose one of these companies to join than they giving us a chance to work for them? Guess I\'m between IITs, IIMs or AIIMS. Hey! Anybody tell all those companies to look here instead of wasting their money on their recruiters.

No company is best, big or small. If you make your management / supervisor feel that you are important for the company or the job then you are safe, and ur in good books and will be happy.
