So I have one guy who asks me to quit (assuming I smoke). Smoking in public is bad, and I urge all those who puff to do it in private and not bother non-smokers. Strictly speaking, one should stop smoking as we all do anyway with this traffic we have. Now we can\'t be going the way science journals put facts. Our body has a certain capacity to withstand adulteration. Yes I used to smoke, not anymore. Whenever I visit a pub with my pals, I have a smoke then. It feels good after a long gap to smoke a few. All you smokers, it\'s not hard to quit. If you start quitting by reducing numbers say 5 to 4 to 3 per day and so on, it will stop at one a day and you will never quit. The only and best way to quit is to just stop it at one go. The first 48 hrs is a nightmare. But this is the price you gotta pay for all the fun you had. Once you avoid to smoke in the first 48hrs, you are almost there. Then you kinda start to loose urge the to buy, then you forget the taste, then you actually quit! It worked for me and I never was a guy who smoked 20 a day, I was just with 3 a day, that too on sharing basis. It feels good to quit - kinda like you won over something. But frankly, you sometimes have this deseperate urge to smoke one after a 10 day gap. I say do it then, just one, then I am sure you won\'t go for another one, until you have THAT urge. Please don\'t buy quitting gums, patches or that crap from Amazon forests. NOTHING WORKS. Chew something instead. Drink a lot of water to dilute the toxins and make them come out. If you don\'t mind, have a bottle of beer in weekends, does a lot of good. DON\'T MAINTAIN PACKS AND A LIGHTER IN YOUR POCKET. I never did, but I know guys who smoke 15+ because they carry packs.
