Kids dancing

by VJ » Thu Aug 31, 2006 10:06 pm

Today night I have seen the kids dancing while taking to Ganesha idol to immerse in the water. The way the kids were dancing brought smiles on my face. Believe me after a lot of days. :)

Thainx and the same to u too. Believe me the kids were dancing to the traditional drum beats and their shake of the different parts of the body were worth watching. And more over everyone looked below 10 in terms of age. Eventhough there were some middle aged guys, the kids played an attraction to me. :) with their traditional movements in their bodies.

Interestingly everyone returned to work in the morning even when they returned at 3.00am in the morning after immersing the Ganesha idol in the water. How cute......... :)

Lage Raho Munna Bhai

by VJ » Sun Sep 03, 2006 10:01 am

I watched the movie "Lage Raho Munna Bhai" last night. Lucky to get the tickets in Black :P . But the movie was worth watching. Surprised to see a person with mental/chemical imbalance seems to be solving too many problems and wins the hearts of many people. with Gandhiji being invisible  . Full 2 enjoy. Bored

by VJ » Wed Sep 06, 2006 10:59 am

Very bored, not interested in living here, but still had to live here, no choice, feeling like having no loved ones, mentally tired, looking for a new life to forget everything which I'm unable to do so, not interested to work here, I get a feeling as if everyone is so MEAN, SELFISH, UNRELIABLE, etc :(

God if there is any life to me after my death I would like to be born as a "BEAUTIFUL BIRD" which can be loved by everyone, can fly wherever it want to, resist all the climatic conditions, can survive by eating whatever is available, etc etc.

Story of a Soft ENgr

ONE BEDROOM FLAT... AN INDIAN SOFTWARE ENGINEER'S LIFE... - A Bitter Reality

As the dream of most parents I had acquired a degree in Software Engineer

and joined a company based in USA, the land of braves and opportunity.

When I arrived in the USA, it was as if a dream had come true.

Here at last I was in the place where I want to be. I decided I would be

staying in this country for about Five years in which time I would have

earned enough money to settle down in India.

My father was a government employee and after his retirement, the only asset

he could acquire was a decent one bedroom flat. I wanted to do some thing

more than him. I started feeling homesick and lonely as the time passed. I

used to call home and speak to my parents every week using cheap

international phone cards. Two years passed, two years of Burgers at

McDonald's and pizzas and discos and 2 years watching the foreign exchange

rate getting happy whenever the Rupee value went down.

Finally I decided to get married. Told my parents that I have only 10 days

of holidays and everything must be done within these 10 days. I got my

ticket booked in the cheapest flight. Was jubilant and was actually enjoying

hopping for gifts for all my friends back home.

If I miss anyone then there will be talks. After reaching home I spent home

one week going through all the photographs of girls and as the time was

getting shorter I was forced to select one candidate.

In-laws told me, to my surprise, that I would have to get married in 2-3

days, as I will not get anymore holidays. After the marriage, it was time to

return to USA, after giving some money to my parents and telling the

neighbors to look after them, we returned to USA.

My wife enjoyed this country for about two months and then she started

feeling lonely. The frequency of calling India increased to twice in a week

sometimes 3 times a week. Our savings started diminishing. After two more

years we started to have kids. Two lovely kids, a boy and a girl, were

gifted to us by the almighty. Every time I spoke to my parents, they asked

me to come to India so that they can see their grand-children.

Every year I decide to go to India. But part work part monetary conditions

prevented it. Years went by and visiting India was a distant dream. Then

suddenly one day I got a message that my parents were seriously sick. I

tried but I couldn't get any holidays and thus could not go to India. The

next message I got was my parents had passed away and as there was no one to

do the last rights the society members had done whatever they could. I was

depressed. My parents had passed away without seeing their grand children.

After couple more years passed away, much to my children's dislike and my

wife's joy we returned to India to settle down. I started to look for a

suitable property, but to my dismay my savings were short and the property

prices had gone up during all these years. I had to return to the USA. My

wife refused to come back with me and my children refused to stay in India.

My 2 children and I returned to USA after promising my wife I would be back

for good after two years.

Time passed by, my daughter decided to get married to an American and my son

was happy living in USA. I decided that had enough and wound-up every thing

and returned to India. I had just enough money to buy a decent 02 bedroom

flat in a well-developed locality.

Now I am 60 years old and the only time I go out of the flat is for the

routine visit to the nearby temple. My faithful wife has also left me and

gone to the holy abode.

Sometimes I wondered was it worth all this? My father, even after staying in

India, had a house to his name and I too have the same nothing more.

I lost my parents and children for just ONE EXTRA BEDROOM.

Looking out from the window I see a lot of children dancing. This damned

cable TV has spoiled our new generation and these children are losing their

values and culture because of it. I get occasional cards from my children

asking I am alright. Well at least they remember me.

Now perhaps after I die it will be the neighbors again who will be

performing my last rights, God Bless them. But the question still remains

'was all this worth it?'

I am still searching for an answer................!!!!

Sad

Well it depends! If u r talking about the worth, then u had a chance to live in a different world for some time, earn some money for urself, learned many advanced things, etc etc. :)

U missed ur social life with ur loved ones here in India, every celebration which u couldn't have bought in the US, and many more things........:(

But one thing U should be happy with urself is U lived ur life and now U have to live ur life. Thats it.

Coming to the society members, U r lucky to have good ones around u & must be thankful to them, unlike people being suspicious and betraying ur trust reacting based on illusionary minds. :x

Now that u r back in India, U can take the initiative in developing a very small organisation with ur experience & observations u had in the US or start ur own firm for the betterment of the society  which one day u might feel worth of ur experience in the US. :) Goodluck...........

Son's of a BITCH

by VJ » Tue Sep 26, 2006 1:06 pm

Today, I do not mind calling one of my Professor and the Masterminds behind the destruction of my life as SON's OF A BITCH (LANJA KODUKULU) . His/their poor management totally ruined my career, personal relationships, mental status and to keep it many more.

It's very unfortunate that this uneducated society is supporting them without considering the consequences.

Those son's of a bitch and this _ uneducated society will stand as responsible for my destruction if not for my death.

There is nothing left in this world for me. Nothing's left. I'm just waiting for my tickets to fly away from here, if not from this world.

Hatred

by VJ » Wed Sep 27, 2006 7:25 pm

I hate those bastards with no self respect in them, nod their heards like mad donkeys and help the criminals. Its effecting on the part of those who r innocent, who was once helpless and took him as a friend and thought wouldn't mind using his resources.

I hate those bastards who r still alive coming after me for no reason, hurting my feelings with my past events which r no way relevant to what happened between us.

I hate those bastards for everything. Everything is happening to me bcoz of them which is resulting in the mental illness and a kind of betrayal feeling by everyone.

Don't

by VJ » Thu Sep 28, 2006 10:48 am

Don't force me or try to convince me to do things which I'm not really interested in. U'll never succeed, since I do things only when I really have to. And I don't care if someone is expecting something from me which is out of my mind. That's not my problem.

I'm searching for internal happines and I'm totally tired now bcoz of ur mental torture. And I can't accept someone on ur appeal and regret for the rest of my life. Even though if I agree I can't take my problem away from my mind and can't live happy with whatever I accepted. Instead try to show her how to live the rest of her life. I already told many a times I'm not interested and I can't compromise with myself. U people already showed me the taste of my inability and my previous mistakes. U r unbelievable.........And what more do u want.............

Just Just don't try to disturb my mind with ur expectations as well as your mental torture. That's enough for me. Go away from me go away......
