i conform to the feeling someone mentioned on this board...

it happens wiht me that every time i mention that a particular thing is going my way .. the next moment its haywire... the moment i blurt to someone that i m in control of things, its goes out of my hands.. .and mind you i dont even have this thought in my mind that "now that i m gonna say it, its gonna backfire"... any explanations?

So I ask, what happens to the meat and alcohol which is in your stomach on Monday. They say they should not consume it on Monday.

Ok, agreed. Then they go according to Indian time, so they are eating meat/drinking on Monday (Australian time) but not on Monday (Indian time).

Waht stupidity..

LoL - Well, there is another take to it.

They might call it superstitions, but I take it as a tradition. In order to belong in a society, we must follow a tradition. That's all it is.

OTH, call it a tradition or discipline - you are sticking to something. That is good in a way.
