Should we forgive someone who thinks of God in trouble?

If somebody is in deeeep trouble and in that critical condition if he take the name of God, one must forgive him/her. Right or wrong?

Dear Mercy, This is between him and God, who we are to fogive or punish him. And i think it is never too late.
